Getting back to SIMPLICITY!

SIMPLICITY is said to mean 'easiness', 'effortlessness', 'straightforwardness', 'clarity' and 'naturalness'.

Yes, that appeals to me and I think that perhaps we could all benefit from looking at out business and perosnla lives and getting back to the simple things! I mean who wouldn't want a business where the team members were clear about what was expected, understood that it was easy and effortless to do with a naturalness that they already possess! It is so often the simple things that we overlook, it really is all very straight forward, we just ahve to get back to keeping it simple!  Let me Explain...

Think about the simplicity in defining work and our purpose. It is called work for a reason and yes we are supposed to go there and work! So, if only we would all embrace the simplicity of this notion. We are employed to do a job, a job that we chose to do to the best of our ability, consistently and we are invited to have fun while we are doing it and then we get paid for it! SIMPLE!! So, it would then be obvious that if you were not maintaining doing that job to the best of your abilitythen you would have to be 'managed', 'redirected' or 'reminded' to do that. Simple!

And then as a business ownerwe would obviously be aware that we chose to own a business and all of the challenges and opportunities that come with that and yes, it has to managed and it can be hard work. We also understand that 'people' need to be rewarded, inspected, respected and acknowledged if we want to get the best out of them.

Clients come to us because they simply have some interest in buying the product or services that we have to offer and while making that purchase or enquiry, they want to be educated, made to feel special and treated with respect. Simple!

Oh, and they also like it if you greet them with a smile and with persoanlity backing up that smile! They love to connect with us and then feel inspired to buy from us and they also love to feel our sprkle! SIMPLE!
