Like many entrepreneurs Julie does not have an extensive list of academic degrees, but has achieved great success both personally and professionally.

After completing an Apprenticeship in the Hairdressing Industry, Julie quickly moved into Management and Leadership and then into Sales and Training. It was in her training role that she discovered her passion and natural talent for Speaking. So with a dream in her head and passion in her heart she started a business!

That was 15 years ago and in an industry that is competitive and with a name with no fame attached to it she has earned a rreputation as a 'must see' speaker and been recognised for her Speaking achievements.

Her business has continued to grow through word of mouth referrals, while her perosnal life has offered many immense challenges and opportunities for growth. It is all of this 'real life' experience that forms a foundation of an authentic and relateable message.
