You may have noticed that in a world of individuals we still have the overwhelming desire to 'fit in', be in the 'in crowd', 'conform', be 'cool' and 'blend in'. In the process of doing this how often do we lose our own special sprkle that is our 'uniqueness?' And if we are being so 'concerned' with all of these external matters then it has to affect the way we function both personally and professionally! For organizations to stand out from the crowd they need to have the courage to do things differently and they need to encourage and inspire employees to innovate not imitate, and that is what my message is all about.
It has been proven time and time again that there is a direct link between an individual's level of personal development and inner happiness with their performance at work, so it makes sense that if we work on the inside it affects our performance externally...
In fact it affects all of these areas that I speak on ...
